section or subdivision of this ordinance,not shalt be lined less than Five Dollars
($5..00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars (y iOO.00), and each day of such violation
shall constitute a separate offense. T4e penalties of this ordinance shall not
apply ;here a person or persons have ane cised due diligence and have violated the
samewithout any intent.
All ordinances or pars of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are
hereby repealed.
In the event any sentence, clause, section or cord of this ordinance is de-
clared invalid_ by any court of competent jurisdiction, it is hereby declared to be
the intent of the City Counci.l that the remaining and all other portions of this
ordinance shall not be affected thereby, but shall remain in full force and effect
n all respects er cepting such wort or clause as may be so declared invalid,
