Southwest of Averett Rd and Village. As a property owner in the City, by copy of this letter, I hereby request the City of Pennedale Planning and Zoning Committtee to allow a building permit to be issued for construction of an Accessory Building on my property. The subject property is a 12 acre tract of land that contains a fifty year old pecan orchard which requires year round maintenance involving equipment that needs to be stored in such a building. In addition to the orchard, my wife and I own an 18 acre and G acre tract adjacent to this. These tracts also require storage of supplies, materials, and maintenace equipment. We also have Tennessee Walking horses that will use the building as a stable and will require feed, hay, and a tack to be stored is such a building. I plan to build a 3,500 sq. ft. home with a swimming pool and guest house next year on our property. This project will take approximately one year to complete. The use of an Accessory Building during construction of the residence will allow for storage, security, and give a facility from which to operate during construction.
