O008CITY OF KENNEDALE ORDINANCE NO. 8 THAT: AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING RESOURCES FOR THE BUDGET YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1991, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1992. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENNEDALE, TEXAS, SECTION 1. That the budget estimate of the revenues and expenditures for the City of Kennedale, and appropriated by the City Council for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1991 and ending September 30, 1992, be and is hereby adopted and approved for such fiscal year. SECTION 2. That the sum of One Million, Five Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Four. Hundred Thirty Eight Dollars ($1,532,438) is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund Revenues for the payment of operating expenses, capital outlay, interest accrued and for paying the principal and interest on General Obligation Bonds as they mature during the year, as set forth in the detail of the budget. SECTION 3. That the sum of Eight Hundred Two Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Eight Dollars ($802,728) is hereby appropriated out of the Water /Sewer Fund Revenues for the payment of operating expenses, capital outlay, interest accrued and for paying the principal and interest on Revenue Bonds as they mature during the year as set forth in detail in the budget. SECTION 4. That the sum of One Hundred Forty One Thousand Five Hundre Eighty One Dollars ($141,581) is hereby appropriated out of the Ambulance Fund for the purpose of paying the operating expenses and capital outlay as listed in detail in the budget. SECTION 5. That this ordinance be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
