CALL TO ORDER
INTRODUCTION OF NEW SECRETARY
ROLL CALL
A. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Planning and Zoning Commission will meet in closed session pursuant to Section 551.071 of
the Texas Government Code for consultation with the City Attorney pertaining to any matter in
which the duty of the City Attorney under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct
may conflict with the Open Meetings Act, including discussion of any item posted on the agenda
and legal issues regarding amortization of nonconforming uses, litigation, settlement offers, and/or
claims.
B. RECONVENE INTO CHAMBERS
Reconvene into chambers for regular session and consider action, if any, on items discussed in
Executive Session.
C. VISITORS/CITIZENS FORUM
At this time, any person with business before the Planning and Zoning Commission not scheduled
on the Agenda may speak to the Commission, provided that a "Speaker's Request Form" has
been completed and submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission Secretary prior to the start
of the meeting. All comments must be directed towards the Chairman, rather than individual P & Z
members of staff. All speakers must limit their comments to the subject matter as listed on the
"Speaker's Request Form." No formal action can be taken on these items.
D. REGULAR ITEMS
1) Approval of minutes: Regular meetings dated November 15, 2007.
2) Receive City Manager's report on the results of the Citizen's Opinion Surveys and
Implementation Models.

2) Update of P&Z Action Items
3) Governance Guidance Updates
F. WORK SESSION
1) Discussion to consider providing direction to revise the Zoning Ordinances and City Codes
concerning Amusement Halls, Game Rooms and/or Arcades.
2) Discussion to consider revisions to Zoning Ordinance relative to adding a new Zoning
classification for a Commercial Retail District, and/or to permit Conditional Zoning, and/or new
Overlay District Classification along Little Rd. and/or new use of PD Zoning, and/or other
options that may arise.
