the Zoning Ordinance, the Subdivision Rules, the Overlay District Zoning Regulations, Developer's
Guarantees and Maintenance Bonds, and a proposed visual vision meeting.

the following:
• Ordinances -revisions, amount of time taken to change ordinances, outside
groups being brought in to revise ordinances that the Commission has been
working on for a while, and the necessity of working with business owners to
help them succeed in Kennedale.
• Governance Guidance Committee - is this an oversight committee or an
implementation committee.
• Need better communication among the different Boards, Commissions, and
Council.
• Types of businesses that would be willing to come into Kennedale and what type
of business will be supported by our current demographic within the Kennedale
Parkway strip.
• The build regulations for the Overlay District and the current and proposed
ordinance. With the proposed ordinance the building regulations would be so
strict that no one would be willing to build within the district.

businesses in the City and we as a City ought to utilize the assets within the
industrial base.
