'Webb were present; Councilman '^Tinters was absent. The Cit~T ~ecretar~,~ was asked
to -r~a.d the mir_utes of thc: pre~.Ti_ous r.cetir~~, to-Tr_Lt, the regular meeting of
July 6, 1951• Upon completion of the reading of the r~.inutes of the regular
meeting of July 6, 1951, there beir:g no objections or oru.ssions noted to the
s2ne, the said minutes were proclairied to stand approved as read.
2. ': building code ordinance was submitted to the City Council bar the legal
advisor, a request having heretofore been made that the same be subru.tted. ".fte-r
the terms and conditions of the said ordinance Caere duly studied, thoroughly dis-
cussed 2nd properly considered, Councilman Tv~r~s moved that the same be adopted,
to be hereinafter ref erred to as Ordinance i'uraber l! . Counci ? T ~an _a lake dt~l ~r
seconded the motion <.nd upon vote t2:l.en tre said r..o-L-;on carried by un2nir~lous vote
