02.08.1951 CC Minutes5 ~~ NLIlYt~i'ES OF THE SPECIAL MEETIlJG OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALE, TEXAS, ON FEBRUARY $, 1951 1. The meeting was duly called to order ht $:gQ P. M. by the Mayor after waiver of notice of said meeting was executed by all the members of the City Council. Upon a roll ca11 of councilmen, Mayer Webb, Gouncilman brans, Councilman Winters and Councilman Turner were present. Councilman Morris and Councilman Middleton were absent. 2. Councilman Evans duly made a motion that Mrs. A. S. Flake, City Secretary of the City of Kennedale, hereafter be employed on a full time basis with said City and that her salary hereafter be fixed at $60.04 per month. Councilman Winters duly seconded the motion and upon vote the said motion passed by unanimous vote of all council~oen present. 3. Councilman Turner duly made a motion that J. C. Foust be appointed Sanitary Inspector of the City of KenBedale to aid in the enforcement of sani- tary measures in and far said city under and by virtue of Ordinance Number 13 heretofore adopted by said city. Councilman Winters duly seconded the motion and upon vote the same passed by unanimous vote by all councilmen present. /~. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.
