The City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code for consultation with the City Attorney pertaining to any matter in which the duty of the City Attorney under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct may conflict with the Open Meetings Act, including discussion on any item posted on the agenda and legal issues regarding amortization of nonconforming uses; regulation of sexually oriented businesses; and litigation, settlement offers, and/or claims regarding the following matters: a. Kennedale Parkway. The zoning at the present time is “R-1” Single Family Residential and is proposed to rezone to “I” Industrial, as requested by Pat Doescher. 2. Case # P&Z 04-09 Request for rezoning of Lots 9, 10A, 11A thru 13A, 14 thru 18, 19A, and 20 thru 22, Block 4, Oak Crest Addition, in the City of Kennedale, Tarrant County, Texas. The property is located at 1121 W. Kennedale Parkway. The zoning at the present time is “C- 1” Restricted Commercial and is proposed to rezone to “I” Industrial, as requested by Pat Doescher. 3. Consider approval of minutes: regular meeting dated March 9, 2006. 2. Consider approval of Interlocal Purchasing Agreement for cooperative purchasing of goods, products and/or services. 3. Consider approval of Resolution No. 206, suspending the May 30, 2006 effective date of proposal by Atmos Energy Corp., Mid-Tex Division to implement interim grip rate adjustments for gas utility investment in 2005, and authorizing participation with the Gas Standing Steering Committee.
