OF KENNEDALE, TEXAS UN OCTOBER

1. The Meeting was duly called to order at 8:00 P.M. dry the Mayor.
Upon roll call of the Council, Councilman Turpin, Davis, Foust, Brown and
Mayor Bulin were present. Councilman Feterman was absent.
2. The Minutes of the Special Meeting of the City Council of the City
of K
of Kennedale, Texas held on Sept. 17, 1953 and the Minutes of the
regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Kennedale, Teas held
on Sept. 4, 1953 were read and duly approved.
3. Councilman Brown made a motion that there be supplemented to the
existing Water rates the following , to-wit: the charge to be levied
against and collected from water users consuming in excess of 50,000
gallons of water monthly shall be 30¢ per thousand gallons or a part
of a thousand, on all consumption above and in excess of 50,000 gallon
quantity only to be effective as of and retroactive to September 20,
1953; The existing rates on monthly consumption below 50,000 gallons
shall not be effected by this motion. Councilman Foust duly seconded
the motion and upon vote taken the same was unanimously passed by all
Councilmen present.
Upon motion duly made and se~aonded and carried, the Meeting adjourned
at 10:30 P.M.
