The meeting wascalled to order by the Mayor, N. T. Children.
After a roll call of the Council, the following members were present.
Councilmen, Davis, Cunningham, Bulin, Radakavich and Mrs. Wgrd. No
members were absent.
1. Motion was made by Councilman Radakavich that Resolution No.57-2
be adopted to convassir~ the votes and declaring the election results
of an election held on April 2nd, 1957 for the purpose of electing
three councilmen. Mrs. Ward, seconded the motion and upon vote taken
the same was passed unanimously.
2. Councilman Radakavich made a motion that Ordinance No.57-2 be
passed. This Ordinance relative to the annexation of the territory in
the Shelby County School Land Survey, consisting of 75 acres owned by
Earl T. Glascow and wife Lela Mae Glascow. Mrs. Ward seconded the
motion and upon vote taken the same was passed unanimously by all
members.
3. Councilman Radakavich made a motion that Ordinance No.57-3 be
p~~tssed, this relative the annexation of territory 3 acres of land in
the E. C. Cannon Surrey owned by Mrs. Bessie Sloan. Councilman Bulin
seconded the motion and upon vote taken the same was passed unanimously.
