Chief iviitchell explained to the Council that Forrest i-iill and Ev~rrna,: were in the process of establishing a dog pound in Forrest Hill, thought Kennedale should join them in this project. lie W=ould advises the Council when this project is agreecj on. Since hlr. Long wasn't catching ar<y more dogs, said he could get Jim Smith to handle the dog situation temprorary at $<?.~30 per dog. Pitchell asked for a raise for the police dept. The Council advised they wool-d meet at a later date and disr_uss the salaries.
