Special Meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. by the governing body of the City of
Kennedale, Texas, on the 23~d day of August 2007 at 405 Municipal Drive, Kennedale
Municipal Building, Kennedale, Texas at which time the following subjects will be
discussed to wit:

(a) To receive citizen's comments regarding a proposed 2007 tax rate that will not
exceed $0.750000 per $ l 00 of taxable value.

(a) Review and consider awarding bids for health/dental/vision and life insurance.
