VISITOR AND CITIZEN FORUM None at this time II. CALL TO ORDER Chair Michael Brown called the meeting to order at 6:OOpm. ROLL CALL Present: Andrew Malkowski, Colby Cowan, Michael Morin, Perry Clementi, David Dickinson-Cuniff, and Mark Perkins. Staff Present: City Manager Darrell Hull, Community Development Director Nathan Gonzales, Permits Coordinator Ariceli Lopez and Deputy City Secretary Rosie Ericson. III._REGULAR SESSION A. ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION 1. Approval of the minutes from the November 10, 2022 Regular Meeting. Motion to Approve: Andrew Malkowski. Second: Colby Cowan. Vote passed with unanimous approval. IV. PUBLIC HEARING A CASE PZ#23-01 Conduct a public hearing and consider a proposed zoning change request from MH mobile home to I industrial for approximately 0.61 acres being Tract 2B18 of the W.H. Hudson Survey, Abstract No. 716, located at 7100 Hudson Village Creek Rd., City of Kennedale, Tarrant County, Texas. Chance Leblanc with Dunaway and Associates gave an overview of the request to change zoning from MH mobile home to I industrial. Andrey Korneev gave a presentation of the company and his plans for development and intent. Second: Michael Morin. Vote passed with unanimous approval. B. Conduct a Public hearing on proposed temporary moratorium on development in MF Multi -Family Residential and TH Townhome zoning districts. Nathan Gonzales presented an overview of the moratorium. Nicholas McCormick with Freese and Nichols presented the infrastructure study for wastewater. Steven Cook with Dunaway and Associates presented on the current infrastructure regarding growth. Public Hearing began at 6:37pm. Janet Reynolds, 7905 Hudson Village Creek Rd, spoke in favor of the moratorium. She sated that the roadway in front of her home needed to be repaired due to high truck traffic. Public hearing was closed at 6:41 pm. V. ADJOURNMENT Motion to adjourn: Colby Cowan.
