2019_10.22 CC Agenda - Special KENNEDALE CITY COUNCIL AGENDA SPECIAL MEETING | OCTOBER 22, 2019 AT 7:00 PM CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS 405 MUNICIPAL DRIVE, KENNEDALE, TX 76060 I. CALL TO ORDER NOTE: Pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.071, the City Council reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the Work Session or the Regular Session to discuss posted Executive Session items or to seek legal advice from the City Attorney on any item posted on the agenda. II. ROLL CALL III. VISITOR AND CITIZEN FORUM At this time, any person may address the City Council, provided that a ‘Speaker Request Form’ is submitted to the City Secretary before the meeting begins. Speakers are allotted three (3) minutes, must limit their comments to the subject indicated on the submitted form, and should address the Council as a whole, rather than individual Councilmembers or staff. No formal action or discussion may be taken at this time.
