A. Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into an engineering services agreement wit h
Freese and Nichols to evaluate technical aspects of the agreement currently being negotiated
with the City of Arlington for utility system operation

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Kennedale will provide for reasonable

Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into an engineering services agreement with Freese and
Nichols to evaluate technical aspects of the agreement currently being negotiated with the City of
Arlington for utility system operation

III. Summary:
At this time, Council will consider approving an engineering services agreement with Freese and Nichols
to provide assistance with the evaluation of technical aspects (including hydraulics and engineering) of
the agreement that is currently under negotiation with the City of Arlington for the operation of the
Kennedale utility system.
The agreement will be provided Tuesday afternoon.
