A. Approval of Cub Scouts Turkey Shoot once dates are set.
B. Christmas Tree Lighting approved to go ahead and have a booth. Jeff Nevarez will try
to pull some groups together to help us out with donated items. The Park Board would
like the City to look at better lighting at Town Center for the different activities that go on
during the event.
VI. REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS
A. Graffiti sprayed at Sonora Park. Park Board suggests maybe more Police patrol, but it
doesn't seem like there is much anyone can do to prevent more vandalism. They will
continue to suggest ideas as they come.
B. Splash Pad closing October 1, 2015 and will be closed and winterized until the spring
season.
C. David Deaver has question for Park Board that Kenneth's Barbeque on Dick Price Rd
has an American flag that is very tattered and weathered and needs to be replaced. Jill
Turner and possibly the Rotary club could get it replaced for free. Jeff Nevarez will
contact the Rotary to see if they can help replace the flag.

To maximize group savings for current program participants, the Regional Stormwater Management Program will conduct
one purchase annually of the items listed in this form. Our goal is to combine as many orders as possible to achieve the
lowest unit cost for program participants. A 20 percent administrative fee will be added to orders of non-participants. To
find out your participation status, please go to www.nctcog.org/envir/SEEclean/stormwater/participants.asp.
The final cost of your order will include any bulk shipping and handling costs of the total bulk order delivered to NCTCOG
as well as any applicable imprint and setup fees. The estimated costs per unit are based on past purchases and are
quoted for guidance only; NCTCOG cannot guarantee the final price until all orders have been collected and the final bulk
price and shipping charges have been confirmed with the vendors. Some promotional items could have a 5 percent
overrun or underrun. NCTCOG will invoice you after all orders arrive.
Important: Prior to submitting the order for an item, NCTCOG staff will email you the final unit price based on all orders
received. Should the unit price greatly exceed the cost estimate given in the following table, NCTCOG will ask that you
confirm your order within a set period of time; if that period passes and you did not confirm your order, NCTCOG will work
on the assumption that you decided to not purchase that item and thus will not order that item for you.

Aluminum Curb Markers (8 to choose from)
Note: The lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks (after the vendor receives the order).
Aluminum, painted, embossed — up to 15-year warranty.
There are 4 popular methods of installation (see below for details). The subsurface installation with fastener and tube
adhesive is the only installation method that qualifies for a theft resistant guarantee. This means that Almetek will
replace any missing marker with a brand new one, totally free of charge (provided that you have purchased the fastener,
adhesive, and subsurface installation tool and followed all installation instructions).
1. Surface installation with tube adhesive: Wire and bristle brush area. Remove loose gravel. Apply adhesive (1
tube for approx. 12 markers) to back of embossed disc. (Use only enough adhesive to fill disc.)Apply marker.
Press down and clean edges of any excessive adhesive.
2. Surface installation with fastener: Drill a hole 1" deep (1/4" dia. bit for drive rivet). Clean out hole. Insert rivet
into hole of disc. Optional: add a small amount of adhesive (1 tube for approx.15 markers). Hit drive rivet with
hammer to make it flush with the disc.
3. Subsurface installation with fastener: Using Almetek's carbide whole saw with center bit, drill a ring 1/8"deep
into surface. Brush surface clean. Install drive rivet into disc hole and hit with hammer to make it flush.
4. Subsurface installation with fastener and tube adhesive: Using Almetek's carbide whole saw with center bit, drill
a ring 1/8" deep into surface. Brush surface clean. Add a small amount of adhesive (1 tube for approx. 20
markers). Install drive rivet into disc hole and hit with hammer to make it flush.

Plastic Curb Markers (4 to choose from)
Plastic disk with a clear, urethane UV-resistant cover. Application using adhesive requires no special equipment such as
drills or torches to install. In 1999 a committee of Stormwater Regional Program participants consisting of public education
and public involvement specialists developed the graphics and messages to promote a unified message throughout the
region.
Note: From a small, informal survey, the life expectancy of plastic curb markers is approximately 2-3 years.

Yard Waste Brochures
The yard waste brochure (available in either English or Spanish) is designed to educate landscape maintenance
companies and homeowners about the proper way to dispose of grass clippings and fallen tree leaves. Rather than
blowing or sweeping yard waste in the street, sidewalk, driveway, or storm drain or bagging it, landscape maintenance

LaMotte Storm Drain Monitoring Kit
The LaMotte Storm Drain Monitoring Kit was specifically developed and manufactured to meet the U.S. EPA requirements
for field test procedures to monitor illicit storm drain connections. Each kit includes a pH meter and tests for Total
Chlorine, Total Copper, Phenols, Detergents, and Turbidity. Reagents are provided for 100 tests of Total Chlorine, Total
Copper and Phenols, and 30 tests for Detergents. No reagents are needed for the Turbidity test. Note: We do not get a
bulk order discount for this kit.
Ammonia Nitrogen Test Materials
Based on years of field experience, Fort Worth staff members recommend that local governments in our region test for
ammonia nitrogen. Ammonia nitrogen is typically associated with sewage, washwater, and industrial/commercial liquid
waste, which are common components of illicit discharges. Ammonia Nitrogen test materials are not included in the
standard LaMotte Storm Drain Monitoring Kit, but they are available for purchase separately. This includes enough for 50
tests. Note: We do not get a bulk order discount for these test materials.

Motor Oil Recycle Pan
This oil recycle pan is for easier, cleaner oil changes, and is resistant to chemicals
and solvents. Fluids drain directly into the large basin, and the drain closure contains
fluid during storage or transporting. The molded handle is designed for convenient
carrying, pouring, and storing oil (capacity of 15 quarts)for recycling. This particular
pan's dimensions are 24"x 18"x 6-3/4" and weighs 2 pounds.

FitFill Funnels (for FOG or Motor Oil)
FitFill funnels hug most gallon and half-gallon containers
(milk jug, windshield washer fluid, etc.). The funnels for
collecting fats, oils, and grease (FOG)are translucent and
the funnels for used motor oil are black. The black funnels
are made from 100 percent post-consumer recycled
polypropylene auto parts and the translucent funnels are -
made from recycled polypropylene (regrind). The funnel
size is 4-1/8" at the top and tapers to 1-7/8" at the bottom.
Price includes custom label (1-1/2"w x 3"1)on either white or yellow chemical-resistant
laminated label material.
The label provides some generic information on how to
use the funnel and then there is about a 1-1/2"w x 1-
$ t � i RECYCLE 1/2"1 space for custom information. At this time, there's no consistent message
FIRS for used motor oil, so you could customize that area as you see fit.

Grease Funnel

B ' The grease funnel allows residents to easily pour their used cooking oil and grease into another
container. This funnel is larger than the FitFill Fats, Oils, and Grease Funnel described above and
j fits inside the lids of containers (as opposed to hugging most gallon or half-gallon containers).
The imprint is placed so the artwork is right-side up when the funnel is in use (for the image to the
left, the artwork would be shown upside-down). If you prefer the artwork be upside-down when

Fat Trapper Bag
This Range-Kleen fat trapper bag is intended for the disposal of used cooking oils/grease. Each bag holds 34 oz. of liquid
and can withstand liquids up to 220°F. Updated in 2012, the bag is plastic and lays flat until propped open to pour grease
in. Writing is in English and Spanish. Note:In 2015, these needed to be ordered by the case (1,200 in each case). If the
total order is between cases, 1 may contact you to see if you want to increase or decrease your order.

Gamma Lid
Gamma lids convert a plastic bucket/pail into a reusable plastic container. These lids can be
used by residents participating in a city's cooking oil collection program (or other program
requiring the use of a sealed container). These heavy-duty bucket lids are made of high-
density polyethylene (HDPE) Food Grade Plastic material, which creates a leak-proof and
completely airtight seal. They're easy to install with a rubber mallet;just tap on the adapter
ring with your mallet and the lid is installed. The bucket lid includes a rubber gasket already
installed on the screw-top inner cover. Each lid fits a standard plastic bucket or pail from 3.5
to 6 gallons.

Kennedale peewee football game. As my 8 year old Granddaughter
was cheering for Our Joshua team, the older Kennedale boys were
Sharon Mcgoughwrote on yourtimeline. warming up at the end of the field when at least seven to ten
players went to the fence and urinated. My family wasn't they only
family to notice. I cannot believe this was OK with your coaches
who by the way were standing right there as it happened! It was
more than obvious what they were doing. Your entire City should

children!
