CALL TO ORDER II. ROLL CALL III. MINUTES APPROVAL A. Consider action to approve minutes for the March 2015 meeting IV.VISITOR/CITIZENS FORUM At this time, any person with business before the Keep Kennedale Beautiful Commission may speak to the Commission. All comments must be directed towards the Chair, rather than individual commissioners or staff. All speakers must limit their comments to subject matter relating to the commission. No formal action can be taken on these items. V. REGULAR ITEMS A. Discuss and approve action necessary for any of the following events: 1. San Jacinto Parade -April 17, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. 2. Brickworks Festival -April 17- 19 2. Butterfly Demonstration Garden - March 28, 2015 3. Don't Mess with Texas & Bird Sanctuary Clean-up- May 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. 4. Wildflower Planting at Sonora Park B. Review and discuss other possible projects for calendar year 2015 C. Discuss and consider action for an Adopt-A-Spot request VI. REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS A. Texas A&M Forest Service has offered to provide 100 Trees to 100 Cities in honor of their 100th year anniversary in 2015. B. Certificate for Take Care of Texas VII.ADJOURNMENT In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Kennedale will provide for reasonable accommodations for persons attending City Council meetings. This building is wheelchair accessible, and parking spaces for disabled citizens are available. Requests for sign interpreter services must be made forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meetings.
