CALL TO ORDER II. ROLL CALL III. MINUTES APPROVAL A. Consider action to approve minutes for the February 2015 meeting IV. VISITOR/CITIZENS FORUM At this time, any person with business before the Keep Kennedale Beautiful Commission may speak to the Commission. All comments must be directed towards the Chair, rather than individual commissioners or staff. All speakers must limit their comments to subject matter relating to the commission. Discuss and approve action necessary for any of the following events: 1 . San Jacinto Parade - April 17, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. 2. Butterfly Demonstration Garden - March 28, 2015 3. Bird Sanctuary Clean-up - May 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. C. Consider making a nomination for the KTB Youth and Educator Award D. Discuss and consider approval of Adopt-a-Spot request E. Discuss and consider attending the 48th Annual KTB Conference VI. REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS VII. This item will provide an opportunity for the board to discuss the details necessary for creating this area in the Park.
