(7''i and the plat plan tliDti'i. Mr. Watson stated that he was
going to purchase the western 3rv' at the adjaining property,
Hobert Mundy asked it the ~v~' needed to be platted. 7'ed Towe said
that .it doesn't hav,= to cue repiatted unless he places the house
across the props-=rty line. Mr. Watson said the house would set 8'
oif of the east side praperty line, which is the cads requirement.

7'ed Rawe stated that the present city Cade does not address
sexually oriented businesses. The City Attorney is in the process
u:t waiting an ordinance regarding the matter. It has to go thraugt7
the Planning and Zoning ~ornmission and Gity Cauncil tar a public
hearing on the new zoning classification. It was the consensus of
the Council to bald sexually oriented business requests in abeyance
pending t:our~,cil's decision.
Motion by il'(Jbel t Mundy, second by Mark Wright to table action or,
sexually oriented businesses requirements. Motion carried
unanirnc,usly.

Ted Stowe stated that Heidelburg Harris was very pleased with the
school's response regarding tart abatements and freepor~t exemptions.
Ron iiovac.t, requested resolutions to be written in English instead
of all the "Whereas" stateinc~nts.
`i'om Boone thanked Ted Rowe and tt~~e staff for the hard. worm: that was
put into the budget.
t9ayor Radakovich comrnented nn the write up in Ker~nedaie News
regarding access to the police department during a council budget
workshop. He apo:iogi~:ed .for the inconvenience that anyone might
t,ave had getting into the meeting. 'The intent was not to do
anything shady or ur,d~•r -t•~anded. It was tt~e security o.f the
t:,ui lding.
Gone Blessing opt Ker,nedale News stated the intent was to let people
know there was acces•:.~ to the meetir~,g and that was the reason for it
Leing in the paper.
Mark Wright stated tt,at it was a pieasur«~ seeing at least tivo
council rnembers at evory L-udget work session.
