Mayor Steve Radakovich called the meeting to order at 7:4~~ f'. M.
Members present were Mayor Radakovich, Mark Wright, Robert 1`lundy,
Fete ]iirkpatrick, and °1'om t~oone. tieorge koberts was absent.
staff iri attendance were Ted Rowe, Linda Jones, Vicki Thompson, and
David Geeslin.
Mr. C. H. Guinn of Guinn & Scott Certified Public Accountants briefed
council on the financial statement for the fiscal year ending
Geptember 30, 199(4. He discussed the reportable condition, employee
fidelity bonds, cash position and water pumpa~e. The cash decreased
due to the construction of the new police faca.lity and water well.
There was a difference of 1`°J. in the water pumpsge resulting in bulk.
sales. broken pipe losses, usage during fires, etc., for Fiscal Year
1988-1989.
Mr. Guinn stated that the city was in good financial condition and he
was satisfied the way the city was handling the investment funds.
Motion byy Mark Wright, second by Robert Mundy to adjourn the meeting
at 7:21 P. M. Motion passed unanimously.
