SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER CALL TO ORDER THE PUBLIC HEARINGS The Kennedale Building Board of Appeals will conduct three (3) individual Public Hearings in which the property owners, and any individual with a vested interest, may provide testimony relative to the City of Kennedale's intent to effect demolition of structures that have been inspected and deemed uninhabitable, sub standard, and dangerous structures. All of the property owners have been notified and afforded the opportunity to abate these sub standard structures by repair or demolition with the result being that no corrective action has been initiated. Cash Address (of Condemned Structure): 4245 South New Hope Road Legal Description: Tract 2A of Abstract 1448 in the JOEL SNIDER SURVEY PUBLIC HEARING NO. 3 - Case # BBA 00 -03 Property Owner (per Tax Roll): Linda Jo White Address (of Condemned Structure): 5401 (5417) Kennedale Street Legal Description: Lot 12, Block 5 in the OAK CREST ADDITION ADJOURNMENT OF PUBLIC HEARING NOS. 1 through 4 CALL TO ORDER - BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING ROLL CALL The Kennedale Building Board of Appeals will, at this time, render it's decision relative to authorizing the City of Kennedale to proceed with the proposed demolition of the sub standard dangerous buildings of which the three (3) property owners have failed to effect abatement by means of repair or demolition.
