Daviz3 Geeslin confirmed the Mayor's statement. Geeslin stated that it'<v not a situation where public: ~•afety or city government cyan buy a CB radio and put it in tha car. If you go to a CB type system, that means everybody can be on it and they ~_an interrupt you at will. This is not a situation where you can rase the present antenna to main coverage.
