BOARD OF DIRECTORS
SPECIAL MEETING — APRIL 17, 2006

President Vaughn called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.
Members present: President Vaughn, Vice - President Mundy, Hayes and Knox. Morris arrived at
7:42 p.m.
Members absent: Munn and Norwood.
Staff present: David Miller, Executive Director; and Kathy Turner, Secretary.
A. REGULAR ITEMS
1. Interview applicants for the position of part -time Economic Development Director.
Board members interviewed four applicants for the position of part -time Economic
Development Director.
B. ADJOURNMENT
President Vaughn adjourned the meeting at 9:40 p.m.
