01.16.1997 IFC Minutesp. 570 CITY OF KENNEDALE MINUTES OF IMPACT FEE COMMITTEE MEETING 16 JANUARY 1997 COMMUNITY CENTER Chairman Conroy called the Impact Fee Committee Meeting to order at 7:19 p.m. Committee Members Present: Glynn Cavasos, David Conroy, Jerry Miller, Chuck Shytles and Cody Rodden with Bryan Lankhorst, Ralph Warner and Wayne Winters being absent. City Staff Present: Michael Box - Director of Development and Enforcement Linda Royster - Director of Billing Mort Wetterling - Permits /Code Enforcement Department Susan Brown - Planning and Zoning Secretary Michael Box addressed the Commission stating there are no additional funds necessary to do the upsizing of the water /sewer line at this time. This line, which measures a mile long, is located on Little School Road beginning at Mansfield Cardinal Road continuing to Woodland Court and will upsize the line to twelve inches which will aide in water service north of Mansfield Cardinal Road and will assist in aiding water requirements for the new High School. Placement of an above ground water storage and upsizing of additional lines was discussed along with shared costs for said installation, and that a report/estimate would be forthcoming to the next quarterly Impact Fee Committee Meeting, scheduled for 17 April 1997. Linda Royster briefed the Commission with charts and graphs on Impact Fees collected, number of new construction and projection of future impact fees as well as a comparative analysis of gallons provided. With no additional business to discuss, Chairman Conroy adjourned the quarterly Impact Fee Committee Meeting at 7:34 p.m. ATTEST APPROVED
