I. Zoning Change Requests
a. Gary Cooper, G. W. Robbins Company inquired about rezoning
of 27 acres of land bounded by Little Road and Kennedale Sublett
Road. Gary Cooper requested 18.5 acres of Tract 8, T.F. Rogers
Survey Abstract 1363 be rezoned to "E" or "F" Commercial and the
remaining 2.5 acres facing on Kennedale Sublett be zoned "A -1"
Single Family Attached Housing. He also asked for rezoning of 7
acres of land; parts of Tract 8 and 9, J. M. Lilly Survey Abstract
980 from "A" Single Family to "C" Multi Family for the purpose of
constructing apartments and approximately 102 acres for "A" Single
Family Residence to be divided into 1 to 5 acre tracts. Mr. Cooper
informed the Board of Plans for "C" Multi Family which include
placing two story apartments as a buffer next to the property to
be rezoned to "E" or "F" Commercial and one story apartments to
be placed next to the 102 acre tract of land for "A" Single Family
Residence. Mr. Justice suggested that Mr. Cooper meet with him
to see exactly which commercial zoning would be suitable for Tract
8, T. F. Rogers Survey. The Board felt that the zoning should not
exceed "E" Commercial. Mr. Cooper asked for approval from the
Board and permission to proceed with the official plans to rezone
stated property after the plans are submitted to the staff.
Mr.Cromer stated the Board approves of the concept with the change
of placing the "A -1" Single Family Attached Housing on the north
side of Tract 8, T. F. Rogers Survey for the purpose of using the.
"A -1" zoning as a buffer between "A" Single Family Residence and
"E" Commercial.
II. Building Permits

for Lots 10 and 13R, Pine Meadow Addition. Mr. Cooper originally
