REGULAR MEETING PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
September 2, 1982
Raymond Morris, Chairman, called the meeting to order at
7:30 p. m.
Members present: R. E. Flowers, Walter Billingsley,
Raymond Morris, Bill Cromer, Robert Brown, Mike Smith,
and Glynn Cavasos.
Staff present: Mel Justice and Linda Jones.
I. Zoning Change Request
a. Gary Cooper and Robert Baker - Spring Branch
Subdivision requested a zoning change from District "A"
Single Family to "A -1" Attached Housing. Subject property
involves 11.918 acres located in the E. R. Mingus Survey,
Abstract #1075.
Mr. Morris stated that no final plat was filed with the
Planning and Zoning Board on the 5.32 acres for the
proposed addition.
Motion was made by Glynn Cavasos, seconded by Mike Smith,
to recommend to Council the acceptance of zoning change
from "A" Single Family to "A -1" Attached Housing on 11.918
acres of subject property. Motion carried with none opposed.
There being no further business, motion was made by R. E.
Flowers, seconded by Robert Brown, that the meeting adjourn.
Motion carried with none opposed.
Meeting adjourned at 8:00 p. m.

September 2, 1982
Raymond Morris, Chairman called the meeting to order at
7:00 p. m.
Members present: R. E. Flowers, Walter Billingsley, Raymond
Morris, Bill Cromer, Robert Brown, Mike Smith and Glynn Cavasos.
Staff present: Mel Justice and Linda Jones.
I. Zoning Change Request
a. Gary Cooper - Spring Branch Subdivision requested
a zoning change from District "A" Single Family to a new
classification of District "A -1" Attached Housing. Subject
property involves 11.918 acres, located in the E. R. Mingus
Survey, Abstract #1075.
Bruce Henry inquired as to the meaning of "Al" - Attached
Housing and the Building Lines.
Flora Cain asked if quadraplexes would be built in the
Spring Branch Subdivision. Mr. Morris stated no.
There were no other property owners within 200 ft. of subject
property who spoke for or against the zoning change request.
Motion was made by Robert Brown, seconded by Mike Smith, that
the Public Hearing adjourn. Motion carried with none opposed.
Meeting adjourned at 7:10 p. m.
