districts for commercial/industrial uses; permitted uses within commercial districts
II. Possible changes to the zoning district classifications: form-based codes and related approaches
to planning for townhome development, zero lot line development, and similar kinds of
development
III. Oil and Gas requirements and impacts of dr illing and wells on future development

I. VISITORS/CITIZENS FORUM
At this time, any person with business before the Planning and Zoning Commission not scheduled on the
Agenda may speak to the Commission, provided that a “Speaker’s Request Form” has been completed
and submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. All
comments must be directed towards the Chair, rather than individual P & Z members or staff. All
speakers must limit their comments to the subject matter as listed on the “Speaker’s Request Form.” No
formal action can be taken on these items.

Request for a replat of approximately 1.763 acres, from legal description of Lot 21, Blk
1, Murray Hill Estates, Tarrant County, Texas to that of Lot 21R and Lot 21R1, Blk 1,
as requested by Stephanie Ahrens. The physical address is 1228 Kennedale Sublett
Rd, Kennedale.
