CALL TO ORDER
ROLL CALL
A. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Planning and Zoning Commission will meet in closed session pursuant to Section 551.071
of the Texas Government Code for consultation with the City Attorney pertaining to any matter
in which the duty of the City Attorney under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional
Conduct may conflict with the Open Meetings Act, including discussion of any item posted on
the agenda and legal issues regarding amortization of nonconforming uses, litigation,
settlement offers, and/or claims.
B. RECONVENE INTO CHAMBERS
Reconvene into chambers for regular session and consider action, if any, on items discussed in
Executive Session.
C. VISITORS/CITIZENS FORUM
At this time, any person with business before the Planning and Zoning Commission not
scheduled on the Agenda may speak to the Commission, provided that a “Speaker’s Request
Form” has been completed and submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission Secretary
prior to the start of the meeting. All comments must be directed towards the Chairman, rather
than individual P & Z members of staff. All speakers must limit their comments to the subject
matter as listed on the “Speaker’s Request Form.” No formal action can be taken on these
items.
D. REGULAR ITEMS
1) Approval of minutes: regular meeting dated November 17, 2005.
2) Case #PZ 05-23 to consider approval of a Final Plat of Oak Hill Park, Phase II legal
description being 31.6 Acres out of the E. R. Mingus Survey, Abstract 1075 of the City of
Kennedale, Tarrant County, Texas. This Sub-division will have 81 lots and a Preliminary
Plat was approved in March 2005 and as requested by Snikwah, LP.

F. WORK SESSION
1) To discuss possible revisions to the Zoning Ordinance
2) To discuss Sub-division Rules
3) To discuss required Yard Setbacks for Residential Zoning Categories
4) To discuss builder advertising
