EXECUTIVE SESSION The Planning and Zoning Commission will meet in closed session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code for consultation with the City Attorney pertaining to any matter in which the duty of the City Attorney under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professiona l Conduct may conflict with the Open Meetings Act, including discussion of any item posted on t he agenda and legal issues regarding amortization of nonconforming uses, litigation, settlement offers, and/or claims. B. RECONVENE INTO CHAMBERS Reconvene into chambers for regular sess ion and consider acti on, if any, on items discussed in Executive Session. C. VISITORS/CITIZENS FORUM At this time, any person with business bef ore the Planning and Zoning Commission not scheduled on the Agenda may speak to the Commission, provided that a “Speaker’s Request Form” has been completed and submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission Secretary prior to the st art of the meeting. All comments must be directed towards the Chairma n, rather than individual P & Z members of staff. All speakers must limit their comments to the su bject matter as listed on the “Speaker’s Request Form.” No formal action can be taken on these items. D. REGULAR ITEMS 1) Approval of minutes: regula r meeting dated May 20, 2004. 2) Consider approval of the Final Plat for the development of Falcon Wood Estates Subdivision. Property is located in Tracts 1 and 2, B. Joplin Survey, Abstract 880 and is zoned “R-1” (Single Family Residential), as r equested by Falcon Wood Estates, Inc. E. ADJOURNMENT
