ITEM NC. 1 - Request for Water Service Outside City Limits,
Requested by Mae Simpson.
Ted Rowe distributed a proposed policy statement far water service
outside city limits as requested by Council. The policy statement.
was not a part of the agenda and could not be acted upon.
A letter to Mae Simpson dated August 6, 1992 informed her that she
would be paying outside city rates which she had not done in the
past. Mae Simpson was not interested in bringing the mobile homes
up to City code or annexing her remaining property into the city per
Ted Rowe. That was her initial response however it is still under
consideration. Mrs. Simpson has not received a water bill with the
OCL charges as referred to in the August, 6th letter.
