Mr. Shelton advised council that the plat.. submitted was almost identical to the plat previously approved by council. The only difference wars the street was moved over 43' east to save seven pecan trees. Also advised that lots had already been sold that did not include sidewalks. Motion made by Mark. Wright, seconded by Tom Boone to accept the plat vacation and new plat on Steeplechase Section Two as 'presented. Motion carried. ITEM N0. 5 - Report on Vera Lane Sewer- and Drainage Prnjec.t. 1 Mr. Rowe advised Council that we were waiting for engineers to finish plan to show council. No action was taken on this item. ITEM N0. 6 - Accept Bids and Award Contract fare Self Contained Breathing Apparatuses for the Fire Department. breathing apparatuses as follows: Halprin Supply Company ~B. ~?~• ©~- Vallee Safety Supply Company a^, F~36. 10 Mile-Hi-T Fire Equipment No Bid Council reviewed the bids submitted for five self contained Motion by Robert Mundy to accept bids and award contract to Vallee Safety Supply Company, seconded by Mark Wright. Motion carried unanimously. ITEM NO. 10, - Approval of Emergency E:zpenditures. Mr. Rowe advised Council on the following purchases and advised no amendment was necessary.
