That Kennedale Ordinance No. 63-2, Section 1, is hereby amended, so that said Section I, of Kennedale ordinance No. 63-2 shall here- after read as follows: nl. No building or other structure shall be moved from one location -to another ithin the corporate limits of'he City of Kennedale, Texas, or moved from without the City to a location within the City of,Fenne- dale, or Moved from a location within_the City ,to a location without the City of Kennedale, or moved through the corporate limits of the City df Kennedale, Texas, without the person moving or causing to be moved said building or other struCture.first making: application for and obtaining a permitfrom the City of Kennedale, Texas, and paying a permit fee therefor, as hereinaprovidedj1Prot. vided, hovever, that neither thiS section nor the Pro- visions of this ordinance Shall apply to a person moving a buildingor structure through the City of Kennedale exclusivelyon the route of a state- h.l7,hway designated bythe State Highway Department who has obtained a Permit therefor from the State Highway Department in accordance with the prbvisions of Article 6701a, Texas Revised Civil Statutes of 1925, as amended.' Section Two.. Except as herein amended, Kennedale Ordinance No 63-2 shall continue in full force and effect as originally passed, and with the amendment herein contained, said Kennedale Ordinance No. 63-2 is hereby re -adopted, passed and approved by the City Council of the City of Kennedale, Texas, and this amendment shall t8ke effect from and after its passage, it being the intention of the Kennedale City Council to expressly continue in force every provision of.Kennedale Ordinance 63-2, as •previously adopted, except for the re-wordln of section 1 thereof as hereinabove set forth.
