A. REGULAR ITEMS
1. Consideration of a moratorium on acceptance and processing of development permits for
commercial retail stores.
B. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas
Government Code for consultation with the City Attorney pertaining to (1) any matter
in which the duty of the City Attorney under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of
Professional Conduct may conflict with the Open Meetings Act, including discussion
of any item posted on the agenda; (2) legal issues regarding amortization of
nonconforming uses and (3) litigation, settlement offers, and/or claims.
C. RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION AND CONSIDER ACTION, IF ANY, ON
ITEMS DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION.
