ADJOURNMENT REGULAR MEETING — 7:00 PM CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE A. PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. To receive citizen comments on proposed ordinance amending provisions regarding amortization of nonconforming uses in overlay zoning districts. 2. To receive citizen comments regarding projects to be funded under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. This grant program is generally limited to street, drainage, water or sewer improvements within the approved target area for the benefit of low to moderate - income neighborhoods. Projects will be identified for the twenty- eighth year with an estimated annual cost of $90,000 to $120,000. 3. To receive citizen comments to consider the amendment of land use assumptions, a capital improvements plan, and the imposition of water and wastewater impact fees. 4. To receive citizen comments to consider the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan under which a roadway impact fee may be imposed. 5. To receive citizen comments on naming the City Park, B. VISITOR/CITIZENS FORUM At this time, any person with business before the Council not scheduled on the agenda may speak to the Council, provided that a "Speaker's Request Form" has been completed and submitted to the City Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. All comments must be directed towards the Presiding Officer rather than individual Councilmembers or staff. All speakers must limit their comments to the subject matter as listed on the "Speaker's Request Form." No formal action can be taken on these items.
