A. VISITOR/CITIZENS FORUM
At this time, any person with business before the Council not scheduled on the agenda may
speak to the Council, provided that a "Speaker's Request Form" has been completed and
submitted to the City Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. All comments must be
directed towards the Presiding Officer rather than individual Councilmembers or staff. All
speakers must limit their comments to the subject matter as listed on the "Speaker's Request
Form." No formal action can be taken on these items.

2. Consider Duncan Disposal rate adjustment for solid waste collection and disposal.

6. Approval of Resolution No. 139 calling for a public hearing on February 14, 2002
regarding the update of water and sewer impact fees.
7. Approval of Resolution No. 140 calling for a public hearing on February 14, 2002
regarding land use assumptions and the proposed capital improvements plan for adoption
of a new impact fee for roadways.
8. Approval of repair of T -3 water well and budget amendment if necessary.
