Special Meeting, and /or ® Regular Meeting will be held by the Park Board of
the City of Kennedale, Texas at 7:00 p.m., on the 2 nd day of March 2011, in the
Council Chambers at 405 Municipal Drive, Kennedale, Texas at which time the
following subjects will be discussed to wit:

A. Visitors /Citizen Forum
At this time, any person with business before the Park Board not scheduled on the Agenda may
speak to the Commission, provided that a "Speaker's Request Form" has been completed and
submitted to the Park Board Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. All comments must be
directed towards the Chairman, rather than individual members or staff. All speakers must limit
their comments to the subject matter as listed on the "Speaker's Request Form." No formal
action can be taken on these items.
B. Regular Items
1. Discuss and consider the preparations for the Grand Opening of Sonora Park
2. Discuss and consider possible candidates to serve as alternates for the vacant seats on the
Parks and Recreation Board
3. Staff will provide a verbal update on the Sonora Park Project as well as other projects going
on in the City of Kennedale. Pictures are attached.
4. Staff will provide Board members with reminders about upcoming events in the city
