The property is located at 415 Katie Circle (Lot 1A of Tommy L. Gay Subdivision in the City of Kennedale) as requested by Ronald R. De Loach. 2) Case #BOA03 -011 to consider a Special Exception to Zoning Ordinance, Code Section 17 -405 (i) to allow a barn to have metal siding and to exceed the 15' high maximum height allowed by the ordinance. The property is located at 415 Katie Circle (Lot 1A of Tommy L. Gay Subdivision in the City of Kennedale) as requested by Ronald R. De Loach. At this time, any person with business before the Board of Adjustment not scheduled on the Agenda may speak to the Commission, provided that a "Speaker's Request Form" has been completed and submitted to the Board of Adjustment Secretary prior to the start of the meeting.
