A. PUBLIC HEARING
1) Case #BOA03 -011 to consider a Variance to the Zoning Ordinance, Code
Section 17 -405 (i) to allow a barn on a lot without a house on the same lot
as required in R -3 "Residential" Zoning. The property is located at 415
Katie Circle (Lot 1A of Tommy L. Gay Subdivision in the City of
Kennedale) as requested by Ronald R. De Loach.
2) Case #BOA03 -011 to consider a Special Exception to Zoning Ordinance,
Code Section 17 -405 (i) to allow a barn to have metal siding and to
exceed the 15' high maximum height allowed by the ordinance. The
property is located at 415 Katie Circle (Lot 1A of Tommy L. Gay
Subdivision in the City of Kennedale) as requested by Ronald R. De
Loach.
At this time, any person with business before the Board of Adjustment not
scheduled on the Agenda may speak to the Commission, provided that a
"Speaker's Request Form" has been completed and submitted to the
Board of Adjustment Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. All
comments must be directed towards the Chairman, rather than individual
BOA members of staff. All speakers must limit their comments to the
subject matter as listed on the "Speaker's Request Form." No formal
action can be taken on these items.
C. REGULAR ITEMS
1) Approval of minutes from regular meeting dated September 2, 2003.
