ing the Glen Rose game," stated
Coach "Jet" Teague. "We also had
Jess than ten turnovers in the Glen
Rose game, which is really good."
Overthe Christmas holidays, Ken-
nedale hosted a tournament, in
which the young Cats had their first
win of the season. They beat Lake
Worth 38-18 in their first round of
play. Unfortunately, momentum fell
them in the second round and they
lost to Bridgeport 48-65.
Earlier in December Lake Worth
hosted a tournament, during which
the Cats faced Trinity Valley in the
first round of play. Calling Trinity
Valley "by far the best team we've
played," Teague stated "That game
was the turning point for the team.
To only lose to a team as good as
Trinity Valley by six points really'
helped our confidence,"
Playing for the freshman Cats are
Chris Evans, Chris Wright, Chris
Ratliff, Jason Ledbetter, Bruce
Allen, James Thompso Brandon
Hull, David Guzman, Steve Brooks,
Jay Packer, Mike Maeske, Brian
McKeown, and David Boidak.
