The metes and bounds descrip- tion was taken from Deed Vol. 2301 -page 604 dated April 6, 1951, per Mike at TAD. According to Mike�Harold Reynolds, property was also annexed, south corner. Attached is the information you requested. I do not know if it would be appropriate to use the Dunlap Subdivision descrip- tion or to add a save and except clause. I think Don Driver should determine what needs to be done. If further information is needed please let me know.
