APPROVED: ATOR ATTEST: noa CITY S CRETARY APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY 0 t March 6, 1986 Mayor Danny Taylor City of Kennedale P. O. Box 268 Kennedale, Texas 76060 Dear Mayor: As the owner of a tract of land that adjoins your city limits I would like to request that my property be annexed into the City of Kennedale. Attached you will find a metes and bounds description of the tract. This letter shall serve as my formal request for annexation. A check in the amount of $50.00 is attached to cover the fee for said application. It is our understanding, after talking to Mr. Ted Rowe, that we must also make application for zoning at the same time we request annexation. It is our desire to obtain industrial zoning on this tract since all the zoning surrounding this tract is zoned industrial and we believe this to be an ap- propriate zoning. This annexation request is contingent upon the city council approval of G industrial zoning, which is the same as the adjoining tract. If you should have any questions concerning this request we would appreciate your contacting us immediately. We understand that water and sewer are being installed to the south of our property and we believe this will create a lot of interest in our property now that utilities will be available.
