AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF KEVIN
MILLER ROAD. WHEREAS WINFIELD MILLER, LINDA MILLER
AND SCOTT HAMRICK HAVE EXECUTED A PLAT DEDICATING A
50 FOOT WIDE TRACT OF LAND THAT GENERALLY FOLLOWS
THE PRESENT PRIVATE ROAD KNOWN AS KEVIN MILLER
ROAD, AND; WHEREAS THE CITY OF KENNEDALE HAS
ACCEPTED SAID PLAT.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF °KENNEDALE, TEXAS, that
Section 1. The City of Kennedale, Texas hereby accepts
the dedication' of the tract of land known as Kevin Miller
Road as set out and described in a Plat filed by Winfield
Miller, Linda 'Miller and Scott Hamrick.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in effect from and
after April 4, 1985.
PASSED IN OPEN SESSION of the City Council of the City
of Kennedale, Texas, on the 4th day of April, 1985.

"Each party to a suit shall be
liable to the officers of the court for
all costs incurred by the such party.
If the costs cannot be collected from
the party against whom they have been
adjudged, execution may issue against
any party in such suit for the amount
of costs incurred by such party."
Articles 2053 -54, Revised Civil
Statutes Reads:
"The officers of the court may
demand payment of all costs due in
each and every case PENDING in their
respective courts at the end of each
term of such court; the taking of an
APPEAL does not interfere or suspend
the right of collection of costs."
