O85-23ORDINANCE NO. 85 -23 '5•617. AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF KEVIN MILLER ROAD. WHEREAS WINFIELD MILLER, LINDA MILLER AND SCOTT HAMRICK HAVE EXECUTED A PLAT DEDICATING A 50 FOOT WIDE TRACT OF LAND THAT GENERALLY FOLLOWS THE PRESENT PRIVATE ROAD KNOWN AS KEVIN MILLER ROAD, AND; WHEREAS THE CITY OF KENNEDALE HAS ACCEPTED SAID PLAT. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF °KENNEDALE, TEXAS, that Section 1. The City of Kennedale, Texas hereby accepts the dedication' of the tract of land known as Kevin Miller Road as set out and described in a Plat filed by Winfield Miller, Linda 'Miller and Scott Hamrick. Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in effect from and after April 4, 1985.
