The motion carrying with it the passage of the order prevailed by the .following vote: AYES: Clara Sanderson, George bowery, Wayne Winters, Charles Kuykendall and Dwight Miller, NAYS: None The order was passed as follows; AN ORDER APPOINTING A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION FOR THE TEAR 1980, WHEREAS, it is necessary that a Board of Equalization be appointed to examine, correct, equalize, appraise and approve the lists of Assessors. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENNEDALE, TEXAS 1. That Steve Radakovich, Clara Sanderson,, George bowery, Wayne Winters, Charles Kuykendall and Dwight.'Miller, each being a qualified voter, a resident and property owner of the City of Kennedale, Texas be, and they are hereby appointed as, the Board of Equalization in and for the year 1980. 2.
