O807: ORDINANCE NO b _ AN ORDINANCE EIJUUNTINUENG A CER_AIN AREA AND TERRITORY AND DECLARING THE 300E TO _BE OUTSIDE •THE CITY LIMITS OF TEE CITY: BE IT ORDAIRED BY THE CITY CCU-NEIL OF THE CITY OF KENNEDALE, TEXAS: Section I. ( That it appearing to the City Council that the area and territory hereinafter describedby metes and bounds contains more than ten (10) acres, contiguous, uninhabited and adjoining the City limits of the City e Kennedale, Texas, that the City of Kennedale has never assumed jurisdiction of or extended municipal services to said area or territory, and that said area or territory is not a part of said City, the City of Kennedale _ere and now- discontinues said territory as part of said City of Kennedale, and disclaims and discontinues anyjurisdiction in said area or territory or any part thereof: The area situated in Tarrant County, Texas, more fully described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Block 56, Shelby County School Land; Thence North crossing the Fort Worth and Mansfield road to a road running Ti.ast and Eest through the David Strickland Survey; Thence East with said road to the center of Village creek; Thence with the center of said creek along the meanderings of said creek in a Southerly and Southwesterly direction to a point where the center line of said creek intersects the West line of Block 56, Shelby Oounuy School Land; Thence North along the West line of said Block 56 to the place of beginning. -.ection 2. Whenethis ordinance has been duly passed and signed by the Mayor, it shall constitute an order and be spread on the 14inu035 and official records of the Ci.ty. • Section 3.
