O73-07CITY OF KENNEDALE ORDINANCE NO. 73-7 AN ORDINANCE AhENDING KENNEDALE ORDINANCE NO. 69-5, AS HERETOFORE ADOPTED AND AMENDED, THE SAME BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF KENNEDALE, TEXAS; THIS AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED IN THE MANNER DESIGNATED; AND OTHERWISE CONTINUING SAID KENNEDALE ZONING ORDI- NANCE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS ORIGINALLY PASSED AND HERETOFORE AMENDED. WHEREAS, after due notice to all interested property owners and persons as by law provided, and after public hearings before both the Kennedale Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Kennedale, Texas, and in accordance with recommendations of the said Zoning Commission, the City Council of the City of Kennedale, Texas, deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Kennedale and its inhabitants, and consistent with the intent and purpose of the Kennedale zoning ordinance, to amend said Ken- nedale zoning ordinance, being Kennedale Ordinance No. 69-5, as herein provided; now, therefore: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENNEDALE, TEXAS: Section 1. That the designation of zoning districts referred to in Section 5 of Kennedale Ordinance No. 69-5, being the Kennedale Zoning Ordinance, and as said districts are shown on the zoning map of the City of Kennedale, Texas therein referred to, as said ordinance was originally adopted and Here- tofore amended, be, and the same is hereby amended in the following respect only: The following described property is removed from the 'A '-One Family District, and hereby made a part of the G - Indtstrial District, said property being described in two tracts as follows, to wit: FIRST TRACT: Being 2 acres of land out of the FRANKLIN WOODS SURVEY, Abstract No. 1628 in Tarrant County, Texas, describes as follows: BEGINNING at the northeast corner of the W.H.Hudson Survey, Abstract 716, Said point being also the southeast corner of said Franklin Wood Survey; THENCE WEST 230 varas to the southeast corner of the E.C. Cannon Survey; THENCE NORTH with the East line of said E.G. Cannon Survey and West line of Franklin Woods Survey 49 varas to point said line; THENCE EAST 230 varas to the East lines of said Woods Survey; THENCE SOUTH with said East line 49 varas to the place of beginning being the south 2 acres of a 171/2 acre tract out of the said Franklin Woods Survey deeded to Isaac Stark by J.W. Lewis and wife by Deed recorded in Vol. 297, pg. 428 Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas. SECOND TRACT: Being a part of the FRANKLIN WOOD SURVEY, in Tarrant County, Texas, and part of a 17.5 acre tract conveyed to Elmer Ray Stark by Will Stark et al. said deed being of record in Vol. 1284, page 285, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, described as follows, to -wit:' BEGINNING at the iron pin in the West fence line of said tract, 130.1 feet North of the Southwest corner, being also 136.1 feet North of the Southwest corner of the Franklin Wood Survey; TAENCE North along the West fence line of said 17.5 acre tract, 199.6 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE North 88 degrees 37 minutes East 653.0 feet to an iron pin for corner in the West right of way fence line of Eden Road; THENCE South 1 degree 04 minutes East along said right of way fence line, 199.6 feet to an iron pin for corner, the South- east corner of a 2.0 acre tract record in Vol. 3253, page 283, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE South 88 degrees 37 minutes West along the North line of said 2.0 acre tract, 656.8 feet to the place of beginning, and contained 3.° acres of land, more or less. Section 2. Except as hereinabove amended, said Kennedale Zoning Ordinance, being Kennedale Ordinance Nc. 69-5, shall continue in full force and effect as originally passed and heretofore amended, and this amendment shall take effect from and after its passage.
