O73-06CITY 02 KENNEDALE ORDINANCE No. 73-6 AN ORDINANCE AAENDING KENNEDALE ORDINANCE O. 63-5, AS HERETOFORE ADOPTED AND AMENDED, THE SAME BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF KENNEDALE, TE- AS; THIS AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICA- TION OF PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED IN TiE MANNER DES- IGNATED; AND OTHERWISE CONTINJING SAID KENNEDALE CITY ZONING ORDINANCE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS ORIGINALLY PASSED AND HERETOFORE AMENDED. WHEREAS, after due notice to all interested property owners and persons as by law provided, and after public hearings before both the Kennedale Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Kennedale, Texas, and • in accordance with recommendations of •the said Zoning Commission, the City Council of the City of Kennedale, Texas, deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Kennedale and its inhabitants, and consistent with the intent and purpose of the Kennedale zoning ordinance, to amend said Ken- nedale zoning ordinance, being Kennedale Ordinance No. 69-5, as herein provided; now, therefore: BE IT ORDAINED BY TiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENNEDALT, TEXAS: Section 1. That the designation of zoning districts referred to in Section 5 of Kennedale Ordinance No. 69-5, being the Kennedale Zoning Ordinance, and as said districts are shown on the 'zoning map of the City of Kennedale, Texas- therein referred to, as said ordinance was originally adopted and here- tofore amended, be, and the same is Hereby amended in the following respect only: The following described property is removed from the A' -One Family District, and hereby made a part of the "G'- industrial District, said property being described as follows, to wit: All of the E. C. Cannon Survey, Abstract No. 378,.in the City of Kennedale, Tarrant County, Texas, lying West of the H. a T.C.R.R. Co. right-of-way across said E. C. Cannon Survey, together with. that portion of the R. C. Richie Survey, Abstract No. 1327, in the City of Kennedale, Tarrant County, Texas, described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the Vest line of said Cannon Survey located N. 0° 0343 W. 246.6 feet from the Southwest corner of said Cannon Survey; THENCE N. 89° 41» W. 578.0 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE N. 0° 19 E. 8.0 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE S. 87° 59' W. 196.6 feet to a point in the E. line. of County Road No. 2033 (Kennedale-New Hope Road) for corner; THENCE N. 0° 45' W.535.35 feet along said East line of said road to a point for corner; THENCE S. 89° 41' 25 E. 781.47 feet along a fence to an iron pin in the common line of said Cannon and Richie surveys for corner; THENCE S. along the common line of said Cannon and Richie Surveys to the PLACE OF BEGINNING: which property is commonly known as the property deeded to James C. Estes and Dennis R. Rose, and being all of said Estes and Rose tract in the City of Kennedale situated West of the said H. & T.C.R.R. Co. right-of- way, together with the Texas Electric Service Company right-of-way crossing said Estes and Rose tract in said Cannon survey. Section 2. Except as Hereinabove amended, said Kennedale Zoning Ordinance, being Kennedale Ordinance No. 69-5, shall continue in full force and effect as originally passed and heretofore amended, and this amendment shall take effect from and after its passage.
