W" i 'EAS, the City Council of the City of Ker nedale,
Tet s, after due notice as by la u required and public hearing
hereon, has determined that it would be to the best interest
of the City of Kennedale and its inhabitants, and consistent
with the intent fnd purpose of the zoning ordinance, to amend
said ordinance as hereinafter set forth; now, therefore:
BE IT 0"AIN BY i"l CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KE .'dr,LE,
TEXAS:
Section 1. Sub -paragraph 23, of Section 8, of
Kennedale Ordinance No. 63-10, being the Kennedale Zoning
Ordinance, which sub -paragraph permits use in the "C"
Light In•ustrial District of property for light .,nu-
facture of specified products, with a limitation on the
number of horsepower permitted on u chines used in such
nufacture, be, and said sub -section is hereby amended
to henceforth reed as follows:
"23. Light manufacture of products from
plastics, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper,
steel, tin or other etls, leather and
wood, provided that power not in excess of
twenty horsepower is employed in the operation
of -ny one chine."
Section 2. Except as herein amended, Kennedale
Ordinance No. 63-10, being the "Zmning Ordinance of the
City of Kennedale, Texas? shall.continue in full force
end effect s originally ssed and heretofore emended,
and this amend dent shall take effect from and after its
passage.
