REAS, upon ajplicatin duly fade, and after due
notice to adjoining property owners and public hearing as by
law provided, the Kennedale Planning and Zoning Co uission has
reco mended change in zning classification of the hereinafter
described property fro

"A" Single Family Dwelling District to
Business, Cercial and Multi -Fa ily elling District;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kennedale,
Texas, has given publication notice and held public hearing
with respect to this amendent as required by law; aid
WHEREAS, the City Council deeus it to be to the best
interest of the City of Kenn-eda1e and its inha itants, and con-
sistent with the intent and purpose of the zoning ordinance,
to grant such change in zoning classification; no t.terefore:
BE IT 0=: PAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TiE CITY OF 1, DALE,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the following described property •>e,
and the same is here.y changed in zoning classification from "A"
Single Family Dwelling District to "B" Business, Com iercial and
Multi -Family I, elling District, as such zo+ping classificati.ns
are defined in Kennedale Ordinance Number 63-10, same being the
Kennedale Zoning Ordinance, said property being described as
follows, to -wit:
Being a one acre tract of land out of Block
54, Shelby County School La d Survey in
Tarrant County, Texas, said tract being
part of the land deeded to E. T. Glasgow,
et ux, in Volume 1567, page 2, Peed Records
Tarrant County, Texas, and being described
by metes and bounds s follows:
1wEGINNL G at the intersection of the West
line of County Road 2037 with the North
.line of County Road 2051;
THENCE North 0?, twelve minutes West, 231
feet along said West line of County Road 2037
to a concrete right-of-way marker for
Texas Electric Service Tower Line, said
arker being 751 South of center line of
Tower Line;
THENCE North 880 seventeen Minutes west
185.5 feet along t.,e South right-of-way
line of said Tower Line to an iron for
corner;
THENCE South 236.5 feet to an iron in
the North right-of-way line of County

SECTION 2. Except as herein a+eoded, Kennedale Ordinance
Nu+,ber 63-10 being the "Zoning Ordir•,ance of the City of dyenedale,
Texas" shall continue in full force and effect as originally passed
and heretofore ended, and this an endbent shall take effect fro
and after its passage.
