O65-12KENNEDATF ORDINANCE NO. 65-.12 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING KENNEDALE ORDINANCE NO. 63-10, THE SAME BEING ENTITLED "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF KENNEDALE, 21XAS"; THIS AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSI- FICATION OF THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED FROM "B" BUSINESS, COMMERCIAL AND MULTI- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO "C" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, AND OTHERWISE CON- TINUING SAID KENNEDATF ORDINANCE NO. 63-10 IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS ORIGINALLY PASSED AND HERETOFORE AMENDED WHEREAS, upon application duly made, and after due notice to adjoining property owners and public hearing as by law -orovded, the Kennedale Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended change in zoning classification of the hereinafter described property from "B" Business, Commercial and Multi -Family Dwelling District to "C" Light Industrial District; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kennedale, Texas, has given publication notice and held public hearing with respect to this amendment as required by law; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be to the best interest of the City of Kennedale and its inhabitants, and consistent with the intent and purpose of the Zoning 0rdiance, to grant such change in zoning classification; now, therefore: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENNEDAT,7, TEXAS Section 1. That the following described property be, and the same is hereby changed in zoning classification from "B" Business, Commercial and. Multi -Family Dwelling District to non Light Industrial District, as such zoning classifications are defined in Kennedale Ordinance No. 63-10, same being the Kennedale Zoning Ordinance, said property being described as follows, to -wit: Being Lots 20, S21, N21, 22, S.23, N23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, N28, 29 and 30, of the C. A. Boaz Subdivision, Second Filing, to the City of Kennedale, Tarrant County, Texas, according to plat thereof filed in Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas. Section 2. Except as herein amended, Kennedale Ordinance No. 63-10, being the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Kennedale, Texas", shall continue in full force and effect as originally passed and heretofore amended, and this amendment shall take effect from and after its passage.
