NO. 63-10, THE SAME BEING ENTITLED "ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CI OF KE;, DALE, TEXAS";
THIS AMEN➢MECHANGING TA ZONING CLASSIFI-
CATION OF THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESC' *;ED FROM
"A" _ SINGLE FAMILY DWELL I ''G DISTRICT. TO "C"
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, AND OTHERWISE
CONT ING SAID ICE J,DALF ORDINANCE NO. 63-10
IN FULL. FORCE AND EFFECT AS ORIGINALLY PASSED
AND HERETOFORE AMENDED.
WHEREAS, upon application duly made, and after
due notice to adjoining property oWmers and public hearing
as by law provided, the Kennedale Planning and Zoning
Co ission has reco uended change in zoning classification
of the hereinafter descried property from "A" Single
Family Dwelling District to "C" Light Industrial District;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kennedale,
Texas, has -given publication notice and held a public hearing
with respect to this ar1end ,rlent as required by law; and
•
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be to the
best interest of the City f Kennedale and its inhbitants,
and consistent with the intent and purpose of the zoning
ordinance, to grant such change in zoning classification;
now, therefore:
BE IT 0' GAINED BY THE CITY CO i i`•CIL OF THE CITY OF KE DALE,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the following described property
be, and the sane is hereby changed in -zoning classification
fro n At Sin le Family Dwelling District to "C" Light
Industrial District, as_such zoning classifications are
defined in Kennedale Ordinance No. 63-10, sa ate being the
Kennedale Zoning Ordinance, said property being described
as follows, to -wit:
BEING Lots 22, 23 and 24, in .lock 2, of
WOODLEA ACRES SUBDIVISION in the J. Prickett
Survey, in the City ofKennedale, Tarrant County,
Texas, according to plat of said subdivision
recorded in the Deed Records of Tarrant
County, Texas; together with a triangular
tract of land in said J. Prickett Survey,
in the City of Kennedale, Tarrant County,
Texas, across County Road No. 2037 from
the aforesaid property in the WOODLEA
ACRES SUBDIVISION, said triangular tract
of land being bounded othe west by
County Road No. 2037, on the northeast
by County Road No. 2033, and on the
southwest by the westerly right-of-way
line of the Southern Pacific '.ilroad.
Section 2. Except as herein amended, Kennedale
Ordinance No. 63-10, being the "Zoning Qrdinance.of the
City of Kennedale, Texas", s11 continue in full frce and
effect as originally passed and heretofore amended, and this
a endment shall take effect from and after its passage.
