O64-04KENNEDALE ORDINANCE NO. 64-4 v AN ORDINANCE AMENDING KENNEDALE ORDINANCE NO. 63-10, THE SAME BEING ENTITLED "ZONING 0 4 INANCE OF THE CITY OF KENNEDALE, TEXAS"; THIS AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF '' PROPERTY HEREIN DES CRI ED FROM "A" SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO 'TB" BUSINESS, COM- MERCIAL AND MULTI -FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT, AND OTr;k `:WISE CONTINUING SAID KENNEDALE ORDINANCE NO.. 63-10 IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS ORIGINALLY PASSED. WHES, upon application duly made, and after due notice to adjoining property owners and public hearing as by law provided, the Kennedale Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended change in the zoning classi- fication of the hereinafter described property fro "A" Single Family Dwelling District to "B" _ siness, Commercial and Multi -Family Dwelling District; and S, the City Council of the City of Kennedale, Texas, has given publication notice and held a public hearing with respect to this amenent as required by law; and W t .:,S, the City Council deems it to be to the best interest of the City of Kennedale and its iniwbitants, and consistent with the intent and purpose of the zoning ordinance, to grant such change in zoning classification; now, therefore: BE IT ORDAIN l,kS: r BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF KENN ALE, Section 1. That the following described property be, and the sMme is hereby changed in zoning classification from "A" Single Family Dwelling District to " " Business, Commercial end Multi-Family.Dwelling District, as such zoning classifications are defined in_Kennedale Ordinance No. 63-10, being the Kennedale Zoning Ordinance, said property being described as folio s, to -wit: Being a two acre tract of land out of the J. B. Renfro Survey, Abstract No. 1260, in the City of Kennedale, `i:' rrant County, Texas, and described by metes and bounds as follows, to -wit: BEGINNING at a spike in the center of the Old Fort Worth -Mansfield Road, the north corner of Lot 2, Boaz Subdivision of a part of the J. C. Renfro Survey, as shown in Vol. 1299, page 6, Deed Records of rrant County, Texas, said spike being the. southeast corner of a 0.988 acre tract; TitCE with the center of said road: South 65 deg. East 123.0 feet nail, South 63 deg. East 120.0 feet a n11, South 62 deg. 30 min. East 57.0 feet a spike; THENCE North 5 deg. 50 in. East 427.0 feet a pipe; THENCE North 88 deg. 30 min. West 86.0 feet an iron pin; TII `aCE North 89 deg. 40 min. West 103.0 feet an iron pin, the Northeast corner of said 0.988 acre tract; CE South 22 deg. 22 min. West with the East line of said tract 318.5 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. Except as herein amended, Kennedale Ordinance No. 63-10, being the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Kennedale, Texas", shall continue in full force and effect as originally passed, and this ,mendment shall take effect from and after its passage. 1964.
